Hi, I’m Wendy Tee, founder of 30 Day Builders.
For more than 20 years, I led projects, programs, and change initiatives inside large organizations. My job was helping teams turn ideas into finished work, solve problems, and move things forward. Along the way, I noticed something surprising: most people don’t struggle with ideas. They struggle with finishing.
Eventually, I realized I had the same problem. I had spent years helping everyone else build their dreams while many of my own ideas sat quietly on the someday list. So in 2026, I stopped waiting, started building, and discovered that progress happens when you commit to finishing something real.
That experience became the foundation for 30 Day Builders.
